How can I return a product?
You can change the product or products that does not satisfy you no
later than 14 calendar days from the delivery date. try
the product without removing the tags and seals, since they will not
be returned items that are not in the same condition in which you
received them.
Reimbursed only and exclusively the products actually received from the warehouse.
The repayment schedules vary depending on your financial institution.
In the event that the conditions described above are not respected and if necessary of the defect,
returns ARE NOT FREE.
For all requests for authorization made to made to our customer service, the return is NOT FREE (you gotta re-pay shipments)

If you have this problem:
YOU must re-pay shipments (one for re-ship it to us and second for re-ship it to you), re-pack error product/products, contact us and in second time we will give TIME AND DATE TO CONFIRM of pickup the goods of courier.

You can not change more than once product/products (you can make only one product/products change)

For extra european countries is possible your country add delivery taxes once products are received by courier. Differents extra european countries have differents policy/conditions on the shipments by couriers.We can't answer to differents shipments conditions of the state.you have to pay the taxes impose of your country.
Incase your shipment is not retired from you, the box going to be remove from courier.We don't refund money about this conditions.
If you have to change a product we need your correct name and surname,confirmation payment made by
credit card or paypal and
number of your order with all your details (email and phone number and
your instagram). no possible to change
product/products or to verify without these details (information of your
order by credit cards or paypal used can't be differents from your
details order you have typed on website)
Is not possible change more than once product/products,isn't possible change product/products with one costs more.In case you must add more money in our paypal account or other pay condition you have choose in first time.
For bank transfers we can put into producing your products Only When your bank will be transfer your money in our bank (3-5 days it's depends of your bank)
